Grilled Chiken

Material:

    
* 1 young chicken
    
* 1 piece of fresh tomatoes
    
* 1 bell pepper
    
* 1 piece of lettuce

Seasonings:

    
* Salt, pepper, butter to taste

How to cook:

    
* Chicken cleaned, remove the head and feet, put salt, pepper
    
* Tie the two ends of the chicken thighs, put into oven temperatures.
    
* Each 1 1 / 2 minutes basting with oil which came out of the chicken meat
    
* Once cooked, lift da release its binding, split into 2 parts, chopped
    
* Decorate with pieces of tomatoes, peppers and lettuce
    
* Tomato sauce given a little lemon juice and fine pieces of garlic
