Cassava croquettes Recipes

Cassava croquettes Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg of cassava, peeled, steamed, mashed
  2. 100 g sugar
  3. 100 g butter
  4. 100 g cheese, grated 
  5. eggs
  6. Flour
Cassava croquettes Fill Ingredients

  1. 300 g beef, minced
  2. 3 pcs carrots, cut into small pieces
  3. 3 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  5. 3 shallot, thinly sliced
  6. 1 / 2 tsp pepper
  7. 1 / 2 ltr water
  8. 1 / 2 tsp salt to taste
  9. 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
Cooking Directions

  1. Make filling: saute onion and garlic until fragrant then add the meat,carrots, scallions, pepper, salt and bouillon powder. Cook untilslightly cooked.
  2. Add water and cook again until dry and set aside.
  3. Mix the cassava with sugar, butter, cheese, and egg stir until blended, then add flour gradually until smooth.
  4. Take the dough, then fill the center with batter contents. Ovalshape, then fried brown with a small fire.
  5. Serve hot
For 10 servings
