- 1 kg of cassava, peeled, steamed, mashed
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 eggs
- Flour
- 300 g beef, minced
- 3 pcs carrots, cut into small pieces
- 3 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper
- 1 / 2 ltr water
- 1 / 2 tsp salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- Make filling: saute onion and garlic until fragrant then add the meat,carrots, scallions, pepper, salt and bouillon powder. Cook untilslightly cooked.
- Add water and cook again until dry and set aside.
- Mix the cassava with sugar, butter, cheese, and egg stir until blended, then add flour gradually until smooth.
- Take the dough, then fill the center with batter contents. Ovalshape, then fried brown with a small fire.
- Serve hot
