Ragout Crouquette Recipe

Ragout Crouquette Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons margarine
  2. 90 grams flour
  3. 800 cc milk
  4. 1 / 2 boiled chicken breast, cut into small squares
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 / 8 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  8. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Coatings

  1. 150 grams bread flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. cooking oil for frying
Cooking Directions


Melt margarine and put the flour, stir and then pour the milk,season salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then let cool oval shape.
Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry until cooked.
