- · ½ pounds shrimp, discard the skin, finely chopped
- · 5 crab, boiled ± 15 minutes, take it
- · 1 carrot, finely chopped
- · 1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
- · 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- · 1 egg white grain
- · ½ teaspoon salt
- · 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- · ½ teaspoon pepper
- · 2 tsp sesame oil
- · ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- · 4 tablespoons cornstarch (corn)
- · 2 pieces of tofu skin
- · to taste oil for frying
- Mix all ingredients except the tofu skin to be one. Knead until evenly distributed.
- Shape dough are round with a diameter of 2-3 cm. Then wrap the crab balls with the tofu skin.
- Steam the meatballs for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan with lots of big fire.
- Fry the steamed crab balls until golden brown.
- Remove and ready to serve.
