Crab Ball Soup Recipe

Crab Ball Soup Ingredients:
  1. · ½ pounds shrimp, discard the skin, finely chopped
  2. · 5 crab, boiled ± 15 minutes, take it
  3. · 1 carrot, finely chopped
  4. · 1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
  5. · 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  6. · 1 egg white grain
  7. · ½ teaspoon salt
  8. · 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  9. · ½ teaspoon pepper
  10. · 2 tsp sesame oil
  11. · ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  12. · 4 tablespoons cornstarch (corn)
  13. · 2 pieces of tofu skin
  14. · to taste oil for frying
Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except the tofu skin to be one. Knead until evenly distributed.
  2. Shape dough are round with a diameter of 2-3 cm. Then wrap the crab balls with the tofu skin.
  3. Steam the meatballs for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan with lots of big fire.
  5. Fry the steamed crab balls until golden brown.
  6. Remove and ready to serve.
For 15-20 portions.
