Chicken Rendang Recipe

Chicken Rendang Ingredients:
  1. 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  2. Coconut milk 1 liter, from 2 coconuts
  3. Tamarind 2 pieces
  4. 2 pieces of turmeric leaves
  5. 2 pieces of orange leaves
  6. 1 Lemongrass, crushed
  7. 1 teaspoon sugar
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  10. fried red onion 2 tablespoons
Seasoning:
  1. Chili 15 pieces
  2. Red onion 8 cloves
  3. Garlic 6 cloves
  4. 2 pcs Pecan, toasted
  5. Turmeric 3 cm
  6. 5 cm galangal
Cooking Directions:
  1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices until fragrant. Lift.
  2. Mix the ground spices, tamarind kandis, lemongrass, turmeric leaf, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass with coconut milk. Boil, stirring frequently until boiling.
  3. Add chicken, sugar and salt. Cook over the fire was stirred up to greet sabil shrinking.

Chicken Slice Ice Recipe

Chicken Slice Ice Ingredients:
  1. 400 g margarine
  2. 300 g sugar
  3. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  4. 8 eggs
  5. 300 g madium protein flour
  6. 50 g cornstarch
  7. 50 g of milk powder
  8. 200 g cheese, grated coarse 
 Content:
  1. 50 g onion, roughly chopped
  2. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  3. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  6. 1 tbsp plain flour
  7. 1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
  8. 250 g minced chicken
  9. 50 g margarine  
Topping:
  1. 100 cc water
  2. 60 g margarine
  3. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  4. 75 g plain flour
  5. 2 eggs 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Make filling: Saute onion, garlic, and margarine until fragrant. Enter the chicken meat, add pepper, soy sauce, beef broth, flour, and nutmeg, and cook until cooked and dry. 
  2. Make topping: Cook water, margarine, and salt until boiling. Enter the flour and stir until blended. Remove, let cool, then enter the egg, stirring until blended.  
  3. Beat margarine and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time alternately with flour mixture, milk powder, and cornstarch. Stir until blended. 
  4. Prepare 3 square baking pan size 30 × 10x3 cm. Spread each with margarine and Cover pan with baking paper. Pour the dough until 1 / 2 from the surface of the pan, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese until evenly distributed. Chicken Salad With Mango Sauce

Chicken Salad Ingredients:
  1. 150 grams chicken fillet.
  2. 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce.
  3. ½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed a bit smoother.
  4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  5. 200 grams of lettuce, torn roughly.
  6. 1 red tomato, thinly sliced.
  7. 75 grams of baby green beans, blanching.
Mango Sauce:
  1. 200 g fruit flesh of mango, cut into pieces.
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  4. ½ teaspoon sugar.
  5. ½ teaspoon ground pepper.
  6. ½ teaspoon salt.
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the chicken fillet with BBQ sauce, pepper and vegetable oil until blended.
  2. Cook on griddle until the color changed and matured both sides.
  3. Lift, then slice crosswise and set aside.
  4. Arrange salad ingredients in a bowl / serving dish that has been provided.
  5. Pour the sauce and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle the chicken pieces.
  7. Sprinkle the chicken pieces.

Riau Baked Chicken Recipe

Riau Baked Chicken Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole Chicken, cut 4
  2. 500 ml water
  3. 2 lime leaves
  4. 1 bay leaves
  5. 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  6. 1 cm galangal, smashed
  7. 3 tbsp lime juice
  8. 1 tsp sugar
  9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Blend Spices::

  1. 5 pcs red onion
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 3 btr hazelnut
  4. 1 cm turmeric
  5. 1 tsp coriander
  6. 1 cm ginger
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
  1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices add the lime leaves, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
  2. Add water and lemon juice, cook until chicken is cooked, remove from heat.
  3. Bake the chicken until browned while smeared flavor.  
  4. Serves 6 porsion

Chicken Meatball With Pinaple Recipe

Chicken Meatball With Pinaple Ingredients:
  1. 300 g minced chicken meat
  2. 1 clove garlic, fry, puree
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 50 g wheat starch
  5. 1 eggs
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 tsp soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp sesame oil
Contents:

     * 300 g pineapple, spread with 50 g sugar


Complement:

     * Tomato Sauce



Cooking Directions:
  1. Blend the chicken, garlic and salt until smooth. Enter into a bowl, add flour and eggs, mix well, while slam it until smooth.
  2. Put pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil, slam again until smooth.
  3. Grab the dough and fill with pineapple and lift the dough out between thumb and forefinger with a spoon, put into boiling water until floating. Serve with tomato sauce.
