Ginger Cendol Recipe:Good Recipe To Getting Warm


Ginger Cendol Ingredients:

     * 3 cm ginger, roasted, crushed
     * Water 200 ml
     * 1 tablespoon sugar

Cendol Ingredients:

     * 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour
     * 1 tsp Sugar
     * 3 tablespoons warm water
     * 3 tbsp Raisins
     * green,red and yellow food coloring.

How to Make Ginger Cendol:

    1. Mix all ingredients to boil.
    2. How to Make Cendol: Sift flour and powdered sugar. Add warm water and stir well.
    3. For the dough into 3 parts, each with different dyes give the dough. Mix well. Flat the cendol dough, fill
it with raisins. Spherical shape,
    4. Boil water, insert cendol. Cook until cendol floats, remove from heat. Serve cendol with hot ginger water.

Serves 2
