Tofu Salad Recipe

Tofu Salad Ingredients:


  1. 1 (300 gram) tofu / japanese tofu
  2. 1 slice of boiled chicken breast, chopped
  3. 25 grams suun, soak soft
  4. 2 eggs, make the omelette, sliced
  5. 3 pieces of lettuce
  6. 1 tomato, sliced
Sauce:
  1. 100 ml corn oil
  2. 1 tbsp mustard
  3. 3 tbsp lime juice
  4. salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Cooking Directions:
  1. Steam tofu for 10 minutes , lift, diced.
  2. Sauce: Mix corn oil with mustard, stir well, add lime juice, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir well.
  3. Presentation: prepare a dish, arrange lettuce, tofu, suun, scrambled eggs,chopped chicken , and tomatoes, pour the sauce on top.  
  4. Serve cold
