Spicy Squid Recipe

Spicy Squid  Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 1 red tomato, chopped
  3. 300 g squid is, clean, sliced thin crosswise
  4. 200 ml thick coconut milk
Blended Seasoings:
  1. 8 pieces red chili
  2. 6 red onions
  3. 3 cloves garlic
  4. 1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste fried
  5. 1 stalk lemongrass, take the white part, thinly sliced
  6. 1 teaspoon sour Java
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions:
  1. Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant and cooked.
  2. Enter the tomato, stir until wilted.
  3. Add the squid, stir until stiff.
  4. Pour the coconut milk, stir until boiling and thickened.
  5. Remove and serve warm.   
Serves 6.
