Tofu Salad Recipe

Tofu Salad Ingredients:


  1. 1 (300 gram) tofu / japanese tofu
  2. 1 slice of boiled chicken breast, chopped
  3. 25 grams suun, soak soft
  4. 2 eggs, make the omelette, sliced
  5. 3 pieces of lettuce
  6. 1 tomato, sliced
Sauce:
  1. 100 ml corn oil
  2. 1 tbsp mustard
  3. 3 tbsp lime juice
  4. salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Cooking Directions:
  1. Steam tofu for 10 minutes , lift, diced.
  2. Sauce: Mix corn oil with mustard, stir well, add lime juice, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir well.
  3. Presentation: prepare a dish, arrange lettuce, tofu, suun, scrambled eggs,chopped chicken , and tomatoes, pour the sauce on top.  
  4. Serve cold

Steamed Tofu Mushroom Recipe

 Steamed Tofu Mushroom Ingredients:
  1. 2 pieces of tofu
  2. 3 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced
Spread:
  1. 150 grams of peeled shrimp, puree
  2. 1 tbsp corn starch
  3. 1 egg white
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  5. salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Sauce:
  1. 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  3. 1 tsp sesame oil
  4. 1 tablespoon honey
  5. salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
  1. 3 cm ginger, sliced
  2. 1 leek, sliced
  3. 1 large red chilies, sliced
  4. coriander leaves
Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut out the two widening, prepare a heat-resistant bowl and steamer for steaming.
  2. Spread: Mix shrimp, corn starch, egg whites, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir well. Add scallions and stir well.
  3. Brush the top with the material spread out, good mushroom slices on top, put it in a heat resistant dish.
  4. Sauce: Mix with the oil, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, and pepper, stir well, pour into the idea.
  5. Sprinkle with sliced ginger, scallions, and red peppers, steamed for 15 minutes until cooked, remove from heat. Serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.

Tofu Omelette Recipe

Tofu Omelette Ingredients:
  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 50 g flour
  3. 1 / 3 tsp pepper powder
  4. 500 cc Water
  5. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil / melted butter
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 slices white tofu(roughly chopped)     
  8. 250 gr minced meat
  9. 1 / 2 cup Water Broth
  10. 3 stalk leaf onion (chopped fine)
  11. 2 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
  12. 1 teaspoon curry powder Seasoning
  13. 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
  14. 4 cloves garlic (puree)
  15. 4 cloves red onion(crushed)      
  16. 4 green chilies (chopped fine)   
Body:
  1. Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef, stirring until meat changes color.
  3. Enter the pepper and curry, pour broth.
  4. Cook until the spices to infuse.
  5. Enter the tofu, green peppers and scallions, stirring until smooth   
  6. Cook until done, remove and drain.  
Cooking Directions:
  1. Make a batter of egg mixture, flour, 1 / 3 tsp pepper, water, vegetable oil and salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread with a little cooking oil.
  3. Enter the 2-3 tablespoons of dough, make the omelet until done, remove from heat.
