Crab Ball Soup Recipe

Crab Ball Soup Ingredients:
  1. · ½ pounds shrimp, discard the skin, finely chopped
  2. · 5 crab, boiled ± 15 minutes, take it
  3. · 1 carrot, finely chopped
  4. · 1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
  5. · 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  6. · 1 egg white grain
  7. · ½ teaspoon salt
  8. · 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  9. · ½ teaspoon pepper
  10. · 2 tsp sesame oil
  11. · ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  12. · 4 tablespoons cornstarch (corn)
  13. · 2 pieces of tofu skin
  14. · to taste oil for frying
Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except the tofu skin to be one. Knead until evenly distributed.
  2. Shape dough are round with a diameter of 2-3 cm. Then wrap the crab balls with the tofu skin.
  3. Steam the meatballs for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan with lots of big fire.
  5. Fry the steamed crab balls until golden brown.
  6. Remove and ready to serve.
For 15-20 portions.

Meatball Soup Recipe

Meatball Soup Ingredients:
  1. 250 grams beef, completely minced
  2. 125 grams flour
  3. 25 cc water
  4. 1 / 2 tablespoon salt
  5. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
Chiken Soup:
  1. 750 cc chicken broth
  2. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 leek, thinly sliced
Cooing Directions:
  1. Mix the ground beef with flour, salt, garlic, and pepper, knead with a little water added until the dough is smooth.
  2. Boil water is a bit much, then reduce the heat until the water does not boil again.
  3. Grab batter to get out of hand,make a ball and insert it into the boiling water.
  4. Boil about 10 minutes, keep the water not to boil for meatballs is not broken.
  5. Chicken soup: boil chicken broth, put pepper and salt, stir well, then enter the meatballs, bring to a boil again, remove from heat, sprinkle with scallions.
  6. Usually presented in conjunction with Mushrooms,Chicken and boiled noodle.

Macaroni Soup Mix

Macaroni Soup Mix is a soup dish with a sauce of milk and chicken broth, macaroni contents mixed with various other ingredients such as meat and sausages. It's really a hodgepodge of cuisines.


Ingredients:
  1. Macaroni, 400 grams, boiled, drained
  2. Bacon, 3 pieces, cut into
  3. Fillet of chicken meat, 200 grams, steamed, diced
  4. Sausage beef, 4 pieces, cut round, 1cm
  5. Margarine, 50 grams
  6. Liquid Milk, 750 ml
  7. Water chicken broth, 1 quart
  8. Cheddar cheese, 100 gram, grated
Seasonings:
  1. Onion, 5 eggs, thinly sliced
  2. Pepper powder, 1 teaspoon
  3. Nutmeg powder, 1 / 4 teaspoon
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. Sugar, 1 / 2 teaspoon
Cooking Directions:
  1. Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant.
  2. Enter the bacon, chicken and sausage. Saute, stirring frequently until meat changes color.
  3. Pour milk and broth, cook until boiling.
  4. Add macaroni and other ingredients, mix well. Lift. Serve with grated cheese.

Soto Betawi

In the last post.we was talk about Soto Madura.And this article,we will discuss about Soto Betawi.In 18th century,Betawi is name of city that now all "Jakarta",Indonesian capital city.So,this dish is tradisional cuisine in this city.Not very different with Soto Madura,this food have many spices.And now,what are we waiting for.Lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:
  1. 50 g beef brisket
  2. 150 g lung
  3. 150 g intestine
  4. 150 g tripe
  5. 500 ml coconut, grated, roasted and blended
  6. 1500 ml water
  7. 3 tbsp oil for cooking
Spices:
  1. 1 tbsp sliced red chilies
  2. 3 tbsp sliced shallots
  3. 3 tbsp sliced garlic
  4. 1 tsp white pepper
  5. 1 tsp sliced ginger
  6. Pinch of cumin
  7. 4 salam leaves/bay leaves
  8. 1 tbsp sliced lemon grass
  9. 1 tsp cloves powder
  10. 1 tsp salt
Accompaniments:
  1. 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
  2. 2 boiled potatoes cut into pieces
  3. 1 tbsp sliced green onion
  4. 1 tbsp sliced celery
  5. Fried sliced shallots
  6. Fried emping crakers
Sambals:
  1. 10 capsicums, boiled
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
Pickles:
  1. 200 g cucumber, diced
  2. 200 g carrots, diced
  3. 20 capsicums
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 tbsp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp salt
Cooking Directions:
  1. To make soto : in a pan, put water and beef. Add salt, bring to boil until the beef tender. Take the beef out, cut into bite-sized pieces and put back into the stock.
  2. Boil the entails (lung, intestine, tripe) separately. Discard the water, cut the entrails into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Blend all spices into a paste. Saute the paste, add all pieces of entrails, stir thoroughly and remove into the boiling stock.
  4. Add coconut milk and roasted coconut. Continue boiling until done.
  5. To serve soto : put the hot soto in a bowl. Add tomatoes, potatoes, green onion, celery. Springkle with fried shallots. Serve separately the sambal and the pickles.
  6. To make sambal : boil capsicums, drain and blend. Add salt and mix well.
  7. To make pickles : mix sugar, salt and vinegar. Add cucumber, carrots, and capsicums.

Soto Madura

Soto Madura is kind of Indonesian food that very famous in Indonesia.As the name,Soto Madura is born in Madura,small island on the north of Java island.For people who like spicy and delicious soup,Soto Madura is great choise.Now,lets move to the ricipe.

Ingredients:
  1. 500 gr beef or internals
  2. 100 gr bean sprouts
  3. 80 gr rice noodles
  4. 60 gr parsley
  5. 60 gr spring onions
  6. 60 gr ginger
  7. 1 lime
Cooking Directions:
  1. Boil meat until done. Drain and cut into bite-sized slices
  2. Remove the tails of bean sprouts, boil until half done.
  3. Boil rice noodles separately.
  4. Keep these in separate plates.
  5. Cut Indonesian parsley and spring onions.
  6. Grind shallots, and brown it for a little bit.
  7. Skin and cut ginger.
  8. Make beef stock using beef bones boiled in water for about an hour. Remove bones, and put in salt, pepper, ginger, and shallots.
  9. Serve the soto by putting the beef, bean sprouts, noodles into a bowl. Pour soup into it.
  10. Sprinkle with Indonesian parsley and spring onions.
