Tofu Omelette Recipe

Tofu Omelette Ingredients:
  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 50 g flour
  3. 1 / 3 tsp pepper powder
  4. 500 cc Water
  5. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil / melted butter
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 slices white tofu(roughly chopped)     
  8. 250 gr minced meat
  9. 1 / 2 cup Water Broth
  10. 3 stalk leaf onion (chopped fine)
  11. 2 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
  12. 1 teaspoon curry powder Seasoning
  13. 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
  14. 4 cloves garlic (puree)
  15. 4 cloves red onion(crushed)      
  16. 4 green chilies (chopped fine)   
Body:
  1. Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef, stirring until meat changes color.
  3. Enter the pepper and curry, pour broth.
  4. Cook until the spices to infuse.
  5. Enter the tofu, green peppers and scallions, stirring until smooth   
  6. Cook until done, remove and drain.  
Cooking Directions:
  1. Make a batter of egg mixture, flour, 1 / 3 tsp pepper, water, vegetable oil and salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread with a little cooking oil.
  3. Enter the 2-3 tablespoons of dough, make the omelet until done, remove from heat.
  4. Prepare a piece of omelette and let the body, then fold / roll as you like.   
  5. Do it for a minute of the ingredients until exhausted. 
  6. Marinate with beaten eggs, fried over medium heat until golden brown skin.
  7. serve with chili sauce / tomato sauce s you like.
