Cheese Beef Meatball Recipe

Cheese Beef Meatball  Ingredients:
  1. 250 g beef, completely minced
  2. 125 g starch
  3. 25 ml ice water
  4. 1 / 2 tablespoon salt
  5. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 100 g cheese, diced
Stock:
  1. 750 ml beef broth
  2. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  3. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  4. 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Directions:
  1. Make meatballs: Mix ground beef with flour, salt, garlic, and pepper, knead with a little water added until the dough is smooth. Lump of dough, fill with cheese, press it to get out of hand. Remove with a spoon and put into boiling water, boil about 10 minutes.
  2. Take care not to boil water for meatballs is not broken.
  3. Making chicken soup: Simmer chicken stock, put pepper and salt, stir well, then enter the meatballs, bring to a boil again, remove from heat, sprinkle with scallions.
  4. Serve warm.
