Aceh Vegetable Salad Recipe

 Aceh Vegetable Salad Ingredients:


  1. 100 g peanuts, fried, mashed rough
  2. 100 grams of cassava leaves, boiled
  3. 10 glandular long beans, boiled
  4. 100 gr cap shrimp, boiled, finely minced
  5. 1 btr half young coconut, grated
  6. 2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  7. 5 shallot, puree
  8. 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  9. 1 tsp grated ginge
  10. 1 teaspoon sour sunti
  11. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste
  12. 2 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant, put the coconut, shrimp, sunti acid, and salt. Mix well.Put off.Add crushed peanuts, mix well.
  2. Arrange vegetable stew and add the coconut mixture. May be stirred or separated between the vegetable and coconut flavor.
  3. Serve with hot rice and fried fish.
Makes 4 servings
