Sumatran Satay Recipe

 Sumatran Satay Ingredients:
  1. 1 kg of chicken meat
  2. 1 coconut, coconut milk is made
  3. Bamboo Stick
Spices:
  1. 15 seeds red chillies
  2. 6 seed onion
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin
  4. 3 grains of sweet cumin
  5. 1 piece galangal
  6. 4 cloves garlic
  7. 6 eggs hazelnut
  8. 2 pieces of lime leaves
  9. 1 tablespoon ketumbargaram, ginger and turmeric leaf
Cooking Directions:
  1. Slice Meat(cube)
  2. All seasoning crushed fine, except the lime leaves and turmeric leaves
  3. Add into a pot with coconut milk, as well as meat and salt continue to cook until soft da waters dry.       
  4. Then sting with skewers and burn it on medium heat
