Chicken Salad With Mango Sauce

Chicken Salad Ingredients:
  1. 150 grams chicken fillet.
  2. 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce.
  3. ½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed a bit smoother.
  4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  5. 200 grams of lettuce, torn roughly.
  6. 1 red tomato, thinly sliced.
  7. 75 grams of baby green beans, blanching.
Mango Sauce:
  1. 200 g fruit flesh of mango, cut into pieces.
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  4. ½ teaspoon sugar.
  5. ½ teaspoon ground pepper.
  6. ½ teaspoon salt.
Cooking Directions:
  1. Marinate the chicken fillet with BBQ sauce, pepper and vegetable oil until blended.
  2. Cook on griddle until the color changed and matured both sides.
  3. Lift, then slice crosswise and set aside.
  4. Arrange salad ingredients in a bowl / serving dish that has been provided.
  5. Pour the sauce and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle the chicken pieces.
  7. Sprinkle the chicken pieces.
