Green Tea Ice Cream


Green Tea Ice Cream Ingredients:

     * 2 teaspoons gelatin
     * 65 ml apple juice
     * 100 ml honey
     * 750 ml of fresh soy milk
     * 2 tsp macha (green tea)

How to Make Green Tea Ice Cream:
  1. Dissolve gelatin in apple juice. Let stand for 10 minutes until dissolved. Stir.
  2. Boil soy milk with honey over low heat. Lift, then mixed with gelatin and green tea, stirring until dissolved. Chill it.
  3. Store in freezer for 4 hours, remove and rake with a spoon, then puree with mikser, save it back in the freezer. Do again up to 3-4 times or until smooth texture is obtained.
  4. Serve cold in the legs and decorative glass serving according to taste.
