Chiken Curry

Chiken Curry Ingredients
  1. 1 whole chicken 
  2. 10 pieces of red chilli
  3. 10 cameras red onion, sliced
  4.  4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  5. 1 segment turmeric
  6. 1 segment galangal
  7. 4 tablespoons coriander
  8. 5 tablespoons samin oil
  9. 1 teaspoon fennel finely
  10. 1 piece of cinnamon
  11. 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  12. 1 tablespoon tamarind
  13. 2 tablespoons mashed  fried coconut
  14. 2 ½ cups coconut milk
  15. Pinch of cumin
Cooking Directions
 Chicken cut into pieces, washed, drained
 Blend the chillies, turmeric and galangal
 Saute red onion , garlic and cinnamon with samin oil until dryand yellow, enter the chili and fry briefly.
 Add a subtle coriander and chicken pieces, give enough water,boiled until tender
 Add the coconut milk and tamarind water, stir
 When you lift the boiling coconut milk and ready to serve
