- 1 whole Chicken, cut 4
- 500 ml water
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 bay leaves
- 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 1 cm galangal, smashed
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 5 pcs red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 btr hazelnut
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Heat oil and sauté ground spices add the lime leaves, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal. Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
- Add water and lemon juice, cook until chicken is cooked, remove from heat.
- Bake the chicken until browned while smeared flavor.
- Serves 6 porsion
