Tambring Ice Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of young coconut, dredged width
- 750 ml coconut milk
- Ice cubes, for serving
- 400 grams granulated sugar
- 75 grams of tamarind
- 750 ml water
- 1 egg white
- Make syrup: boil sugar, tamarind, and water until boiling. Enter the egg whites while stirring until the clot, strain and chill.
