* 2 teaspoons gelatin
* 65 ml apple juice
* 100 ml honey
* 750 ml of fresh soy milk
* 2 tsp macha (green tea)
How to Make Green Tea Ice Cream:
* 2 teaspoons gelatin
* 65 ml apple juice
* 100 ml honey

How to Make Green Tea Ice Cream:
- Dissolve gelatin in apple juice. Let stand for 10 minutes until dissolved. Stir.
- Boil soy milk with honey over low heat. Lift, then mixed with gelatin and green tea, stirring until dissolved. Chill it.
- Store in freezer for 4 hours, remove and rake with a spoon, then puree with mikser, save it back in the freezer. Do again up to 3-4 times or until smooth texture is obtained.
- Serve cold in the legs and decorative glass serving according to taste.
