Fruit Pickles Recipe

Fruit Pickles Ingredients:
  1. 1 piece of the small size of yam
  2. 3 apple halved
  3. 1 / 2 medium mango
  4. 3 zalacca
  5. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Chili Gravy Ingredients:
  1. 2 red chilies
  2. 1 tsp roasted dried shrimp
  3. 1 / 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  5. 50 cc of water
  6. Salt to taste
 Directions:
   Pickles:
  1. Soak all the ingredients in sugar water until the acid is not tasteless.
  2. Sprinkle with chili sauce.
    Chili Gravy:
  1. Puree chili, dried shrimp, salt and sugar 
  2. Add water and vinegar
  3. Cook with stirring frequently until boiling  
  4. Remove and let cool
