Gado Gado Recipe

Gado Gado is one food that came from Indonesia in the form of vegetables, boiled and blended into one, with a seasoning or sauce from the recipe of different breakfast menu Gado gado Indonesia smoothed soil with sliced egg and fried onions sprinkled on top and a little chips fried crackers are also some that use shrimp crackers. Gado-Gado can eat just like a salad with herbs / peanut sauce, but also can be eaten with white rice.


 Gado Gado Ingredients:
  1. Swamp Cabbage
  2. Potatoes
  3. Long Beans / Beans
  4. Col
  5. Bean sprouts
  6. Carrots
  7. Eggs
  8. Cucumbers (do not boil)
  9. Chips 
Seasonings:
  1. 3 sheets of orange leaves
  2. 2 stalks lemongrass
  3. 200ml water
  4. 400ml coconut milk 
Blended Spices:
  1. 250gr peanuts (fried / roasted)
  2. 4 spring onions (1 onion)
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 150gr Java sugar (palm sugar)
  5. 3sdm sweet soy sauce
  6. Salt
  7. Sugar 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Boil all vegetables and eggs
  2.  Blend all seasoning and sauteed with a little oil until fragrant, add kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass and coconut milk and finally add the water. 
  3. Arrange all boiled vegetables on a plate and added pieces of egg, crackers and chips, then [pour with sauce.
