Indonesian Sauted Papaya Ingredients:
* 350 gr ripe papaya, chopped coarse 4 × 2x2 cm
* 1 piece of fried tofu, sliced 4 × 6 cm
* 2 bunch long beans, sliced 10 cm
* 250 ml coconut milk
* 2 pcs lime leaves
* 3 stalks lemongrass
* 1 tbsp fried onions
* 500 ml broth / water
* salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Blended Seasonings::
* 3 btr pecans, toasted
* 2 tsp coriander, toasted
* ¼ teaspoon cumin, toasted
* 2 cloves garlic
* 5 pcs red onion
* 3 cm galangal, finely chopped
* 4 cm ginger, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon tamarind
* pepper and salt to taste
How to Make Vegetable Unripe Papaya Cuisine:
Saute all seasonings,lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant.Add the tofu and cook until water is reduced slightly. Enter the coconut milk. Let boil, then enter the papaya and long beans. Cook until completely cooked.Taste, give the salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Remove and serve with a sprinkled of fried onions.
