Snaper Head Curry Ingredients:
- 3 snapper head split in half, coat with lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 turmeric leaf LBR
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 lime leaves
- 600 ml coconut milk
- 5 red chilli, halved lengthwise
- 5 green chilli, halved mamanjang
- 3 eyes kandis tamarind
- * 10 shallot
- * 4 cloves garlic
- * 1 tsp pepper
- * 5 pcs pecan
- * 1 galangal
- * 1 turmeric
- * 1 segment ginger
- * 2 tsp salt (to taste)
- Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant. Enter the turmeric leaf, lemon grass and lime leaves.
- Pour coconut milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Enter the fish head, chili, sour kandis. Mix well. Cook over low heat until cooked through and sauce thickens.
