Squid Curry Recipe

Squid Curry Ingredients:
  1. 1 kg squid
  2. 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  3. 2 tablespoons curry powder (ready to use)
  4. 1 liter of coconut milk from coconuts 1.5
Spices:
  1. 2 red peppers
  2. 8 red onions
  3. 4 cloves garlic
  4. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  6. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  7. 2 lembardaunjeruk
  8. 4 cm galangal, smashed
  9. 2 bay leaves
  10. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Clean the squid
  2. Heat oil, saute the crushed spices and curry spices until fragrant.
  3. Enter the squid, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal,bay leaf, salt and pepper.
  4. Enter the coconut milk, cooked squid and cook until sauce thickens.
