Apple Cinnamon Crepe Recipe

Apple Cinnamon Crepe Imgredients:
   Crepe Better:
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 / 8 tsp fine salt
  3. 1 / 2 tsp sugar
  4. 150 g wheat flour
  5. 300 ml of liquid milk
  6. 75 ml melted butter
  7. 1 / 2 tsp margarine   

    Content/ Body:
  1. 5 pieces of apple, peeled
  2. 1 orange juice, squeeze the water
  3. 50 grams butter
  4. 50 grams sugar
  5. 1 tsp cinnamon powder 
    Garnish:
  1. Whipped Cream
  2. Cherry 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Skin:Add the eggs, salt, sugar, flour, milk and melted butter into the blender. Turn for a minute, stop, stir and turn again for 30 seconds. Pour batter into a container and put in refrigerator for one hour.
  2. Prepare a non-stick pan 18 cm in diameter, spread with margarine. Pour 50 ml or one teaspoon of vegetable mixture. Lift the pan and then rocking cover the floor pan for the dough. Leave for 30-45 seconds, flip and cook again for 10 seconds. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
  3. Fill:Discard the center of the apple, thinly sliced. Soak in water and lemon juice was given for not brown. 
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced apple. Season granulated sugar and cinnamon powder. Stir apples until tender. 
  5. Take a piece of crepe, place 2 tablespoons sauted apples in the center then roll. Do it until they run out. 
  6. Arrange in a serving dish, garnish berries whipped cream and candied cherries.  
  7. Serve
